We hired this motorhome from Yvonne so we could take our 1 year old on a wee trip round the West Coast of Scotland. Yvonne was very helpful and accommodating. The motorhome was well equipped and Yvonne had thought of everything from tea/coffee/sugar to toilet roll and cleaning products. Unfortunately we had a wee accident whilst we were away but Yvonne and David were very understanding and helped resolve the issue. Would highly recommend hiring from them. We hope to hire again in the near future.

We had a 6 berth motorhome for our holiday and loved every minute! Plenty of space for the kids to sleep up the ladders, which was hugely exciting for them! It was well kept and clean, easy to keep tidy with Lino flooring and leather seating. It was great to have the table to sit around on the journeys, helpful for keeping them entertained en route. Nice touches of washing up liquid, brush and bedding provided. highly recommend.

Picked up the T6 for a weekend away and it was better than we could have hoped for. Superb condition (like new) and Mark ran through everything to ensure we had a great time. Excellent service, thoroughly recommend.
First time Motor Home family holiday and it was great fun. Motor home was first class and Paul was very helpful before, during and after the trip. Would i do it again.....YES !!
We had a really good experience. The campervan it was new and it worked perfectly. He showed us how to use everything of the van as well as he came to pick us up to the bus stop. I am sure we will rent it again in the future!

Our experience was excellent. The owner could not have done any more to accommodate our trip. Communication was prompt and easy. Pick up was smooth. Donnie was very helpful. The van was clean and in good condition. We had a really good few days. We were sad to return the van !!! Thank you.
From the moment I entered the caravan I was pleased to find a warm, spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped caravan and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My only concern (because I am not as agile as I used to be) was that I had to get on hands and knees to access key lock box to get the key but that did not spoil my holiday.
We can not express how disappointed we are with the whole experience. Our holiday was crushed... we booked this motorhome, having 2 young children it was the best suited. Paid, completed the necessary forms, then we went to collect it... As we pulled up I saw a motorhome and I started to get confused, I recognised it from another advert, it wasn't the one we had booked and paid for. I started to think I had made an error, so I checked the website and saw that the owners had two for hire. We told the owner it wasn't the one we had booked and the reply was "yes it is" I explained we had booked the other motorhome due to being suitable for the children. This motorhome: the sleeping arrangements were not suitable, there was no TV and this was clearly a cheaper older vehicle. We then showed the e-mail confirming our booking with the motorhome details -this made no difference to the situation. So at this point we had a car packed full of food, sleeping bags etc etc, two very young children, a campsite pre-booked and paid for, day trips pre-booked and paid for ( our trip was to celebrate our daughters birthday - she was very excited about sleeping in a camper-van, we had been spotting them on the roads since we booked.) For some reason the motorhome we had booked was not available - still not clear why, the only thing the owner said was sorry, not at all bothered about the impact this had for us. Our holiday had been destroyed and we were completely gutted. We had no choice other than to drive away, I then had to search for a hotel that could take us last minute - which of course cost us. |We have had an e-mail of apology and a full refund, with a "gesture of good will" £50. If this was a company I would expect them to cover the cost of our hotel at the very least. THIS WAS NOT OUR FAULT AT ALL, AN ERROR OF THE OWNERS THAT COST US HUGLY IN MONEY AS WELL AS DISAPPOINTMENT. Be Careful.
Unfortunately the wrong vehicle was prepared in error, this was explained to the customer. It was still the same berth, but the family decided not to go ahead with the hire and were given a full refu

A friend and I went to visit scotland last summer. We were really luky to find Roland and Angela. It was our first time renting a campervan and they made everything super easy. The campervan is great with everything you need. The best thing for me was..the confartable bed and all kitchen utensils.. we will rent it again!!
The whole experience of hiring this van was enjoyable. Good communication and arrangements prior to collection, detailed informative handover and use of the van for our break was great. It did what it said on the tin ! Reliable, comfortable and fun . We all had such a great time hiring this van and have made lots of memories. We cannot reccomend enough and will be booking again with them. Thank you for a lovely experience...

This was the very first time we had used a camper because we had invited loads of people to stay over ours for Christmas! So me and my hubby slept on the drive on very cold nights. We were so comfy and warm without using a heater, we kept sleeping in late. We loved driving it, didn't realise how fast and smooth it would be. We will definitely be rebooking for a few breaks in future. Frank was very eager to make our experience as good as he possibly could. My son also thinks it would be ideal for his car weekend meetings; he usually just takes a tent. Overall, extremely pleased.
Vehicle itself was fine though we had to fill up the oil as it was virtually empty half way into our trip. There was no cutlery, crockery etc provided, also no bedding but I had asked about that and was prepared but not for the rest of it. A step ladder (collapsible) would have been useful for accessing the bed in the roof. Van was easy to park and good to drive and we did quite a few miles in it!
The camper was a perfect size for our needs and at a very reasonable price. Super location to collect the van with the added bonus that we also parked here to see the beautiful sites of Conwy mid way through our week and also stayed within the Motorhome Hire grounds on the final night as they offer full electric hook up. Everything worked out perfectly. Lovely people to deal with, we will be back!!
All was pretty smooth with the rental and we were able to complete the 532 mile route without incident. Unfortunately the van came into contact with a low bollard and after two months we were invoiced for the damage. Despite repeated calls and e-mails the balance of our £750 deposit has not been refunded and sadly this leaves a sour taste on an otherwise great experience.
