This 'bronze plus' family owned caravan has everything to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible

SPACIOUS LOUNGE:-
Fitted round window seating, Remote control Electric fire; pull-out double bed; 32” Smart TV; DVD player with various DVD's, Play Station 2 with games, Smoke Alarm.

DINING AREA:-
large table and 4 chairs.

KITCHEN;-
Full size fridge/freezer; cooker; microwave; toaster; Tassimo machine, iron & ironing board; all relevant cookware, cutlery and crockery. A Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket First Aid Kit

HALL WAY:-
Fire/Carbon Monoxide Alarm (verbal speech to indicate whether it’s a fire or Carbon Monoxide problem)

MAIN BEDROON:-
King -size memory foam bed; fitted wardrobes; vanity unit (with mirror) and stool plus TV (including DVD player). 2 bedside lamps, en-suite bathroom

BEDROOM:-
Shower, sink; toilet and has access from hall and master bedroom.

SECOND BEDROOM:-
two single beds; TV (including DVD player); fitted cupboard, bedside table and lamp

2 VERANDAS
1 at back of van which is fully enclosed (No gate)
1 long veranda with gate at front door including bistro table and chairs

Large table and 2 chairs available between both verandas

1 Parking Bay at side of Caravan, further Parking at front of Park

Further information regarding this caravan ( weekend bookings, multi week bookings etc) or site can be obtained upon request. I have inserted prices for 7 nights from June to October for your convenience

REMINDER:-

Don't forget your Douvets, pillows, sheets, towels, tea-towels etc.

Keys and all details regarding the Park will be given at Reception Desk on arrival from 3:30pm (departure being 10:30am)

For added security, a key fob for barrier can be purchased at reception for £30 and is refunded on departure once keys and fob are returned.

Douvets and pillows can NOT be provided due to new COVID-19 regulations
Booking dates may need to change due to COVID-19 this is being monitored with Welsh Government guidelines.
All prices exclude entertainment and barrier facilities due again to the uncertainty of Government guidelines.

Both ourselves and our clients must adhere to Palin’s holiday park and the Welsh Government guidelines or you may be asked to leave the park

Indoor heated pool with slide. Re-furbished Country Club includes children’s area plus free indoor soft play area. Sometimes “Theme nights” are organised please make sure you collect a leaflet of entertainment from reception upon arrival. Excellent Magpie & Stump pub & restaurant, the restaurant offers a breakfast and/or evening meal menu etc. Chipshop, Launderette, shop & arcade. Market/car boot next door, plus Funfair and park. Bus stop outside of Park for easy access to other towns and facilities. Approximately 15 mins walk to Beach.
All entertainment is subject to availability in the case of the Covid Pandemic.
