Owner Description
We let out on a 7 night Saturday to Saturday basis throughout the season, and often during the out of season Weeks & Months.Sited on the lovely Park Dean Resort's Holiday Park at Cayton Bay near Scarborough, it is an ideal holiday choice for families and couples.
The clean, tidy & well kept site offers many amenities & entertainments, including:
Family club house area providing an Amusement section with pool tables, a young Children's indoor play area, Family Bar area which also serves meals, A take - away section, and a large Entertainment showroom with stage, dance floor, plenty of tabled seating and a spacious raised bar area.
There is also a well stocked shop for your daily food & drink supplies etc.
A NEW Fish & Chip Shop,
There is an Indoor Swimming pool with flume, and several outdoor facilities including
a Children's adventure playground, Crazy golf, Putting green, and sports areas for Football & netball.
There are laundry facilities on site too.
The Beach area at Cayton bay is just a 10 minute stroll away.
There are so many places to visit nearby too, including Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, and just a little further way you also have Bridlington too, this we believe makes it an ideal location to suit so many. THE CARAVAN
Our 2 Bedroom 28 x 10 caravan can sleep up to six persons and is very well equipped throughout, offering affordable holiday accommodation from mid-February until the end of November. It is also conveniently situated just a short distance from the on-site facilities! The caravan comprises: Kitchen - A well-equipped galley style kitchen with gas cooker, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, microwave oven, kettle and toaster, along with a good selection of crockery, & utensils, etc. There is also a new fitted panel wall heater in the kitchen area. Bedroom 1 - Main double bedroom to sleep two persons, with comfy bed with memory foam mattress, wardrobe with clothes hanging space and shelving plus over bed cupboard units, bedside cabinet and wall mirror. There is also a new fitted wall panel heater in this bedroom. Bedroom 2 - Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, over bed cupboard units and a wardrobe with clothes hanging space and shelf. Lounge – Has a very comfy metal action sofa bed that sleeps 2 and seats up to 3 persons, a table and chairs, 2 small tables and other seating, plus a TV area with large screen TV with built-in Freeview and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. There is also cupboard storage and further clothes hanging space. There is a fitted Gas fire, and we also provide a portable electric oil filled radiator. Shower Room - Has a WC unit, hand wash basin with shelf and mirror above, wall shelf unit, and built-in enclosed shower cubicle with glass door. There is also a new wall panel heater with towel rail. There are 2 nearby Car Parking bays. There is a Table & chair set at the side of the caravan on the paved area. We do provide all bedding, including duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets, and Beds in the Bedrooms are made up ready for you, We also provide all bedding for the Sofa-Bed in the Lounge for you to make up if required. We also provide a selection of Towels, but we suggest you bring a few of your own too. An iron, & small table top ironing board and a hair dryer are also provided. You must be 21 or over to book our caravan.
We post out printed booking confirmation letters, and we offer a family friendly service, and meet & greet guests on arrival at the caravan, Optional Park Passes are available to purchase from the Park Office if you wish to use the on site facilities
2017 Prices for 7 NIGHTS for those staying in a 2 Bedroom caravan are;
