Owner Description
St Minver Holiday Park Reopened 6 July 2020. Restaurant open and serving breakfast, dinner and evening meals either at tables or take away. Swimming pool is open but changing rooms are closed. Our caravan is less than 2 minutes walk to the pool (50 metres away!) Book now for summer 2021 as its almost full for the peak weeks already. Located In a Private location on a large plot a fully equipped 3 Bedroom/5 Bed Caravan (36ft x 12 ft) in the beautiful Parkdean owned St Minver Holiday Park (Parkdean's Park of the Year 2019). Double glazed with centrally heated radiators in every room. One minute walk to a fantastic 20metre heated indoor swimming pool and Sauna. A superb location for exploring North Cornwall. The caravan is privately owned and we treat it like a second home with lots of little personal touches and new canvas pictures. The caravan hosts a new gas cooker installed 6 July 2020 private washing machine, HD TV, Blu Ray player and films, board games, substantial wooden decking and outdoor furniture and Brick BBQ with all the utensils you need., Thermal blackout curtains (dry cleaned December 2019) double memory foam mattress. New gas cooker installed on 6 July. The caravan is kept spotlessly clean. Bedding and sheets are supplied but you will need to bring your own beach, shower and hand towels. AVAILABILITY AND PRICES (ALL PRICES 7 DAYS UNLESS STATED BEDDING AND CLEANING £30 (£20 if you bring your own) ENQUIRE FOR SHORTER BREAKS OF 3 DAYS or MORE: £80 deposit and full payment within 4 weeks. If after payment is made travel is restricted I will offer a full refund (as I have on all bookings for 2020).You only need a deposit to secure your holiday at a price so much cheaper than direct park prices for caravans they don’t even have decking. I have received 38 enquiries in July already seeking bookings in July and August this year and all have missed out since we booked these months in February this year. 30-6 January 2022£370 SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is open but the changing rooms are closed. Our caravan is about 50-75 metres to the pool entrance. CLEANING: Additional anti-bacterial cleaning is in place at this property for all hard surfaces and fabrics and there are anti-bacterial sprays, wipes and hand sanitiser available at the caravan. SAFETY: Guests need to confirm in writing 3 days before their stay and within one week of departure if any of their party are unwell. This is a pre condition of all bookings to ensure the safety of all guests and my cleaner. No unwell person may visit or isolate at this property. WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE CARAVAN AT ST MINVER HOLIDAY PARK:
The Keys. Shower towels, Swimming towels, Hand towels (for WC and shower room), Tea towels, Loo and kitchen roll, Food + drink (Sainsbury's internet shop delivered if ordered in advance) Charcoal and matches (Brick BBQ and grills provided), Washing machine tablets/powder/condistioner WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE TO THE CARAVAN AT ST MINVER HOLIDAY PARK:
Pillows, Duvets, Blankets, covers and sheets, Cleaning liquids and equipment, Washing up liquid, Bed mats (please use if still in nappies or likely to wet the bed) D. HOLIDAY PARK BOOKING CONDITIONS (imposed by the Park Owners):
The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park may NOT be booked by
1. A party where half or more of the party are between 17 and 25yrs
2. An all-male or an all-female party of more than 4 people.
3. A party where all the people are under 18yrs
4. Where the booking total exceeds the sleeping capacity of 6
5. A person under 21yrs
6. One person for more than 60 consecutive days. E.CLEANING AND DEPARTURE: The caravan at St Minver Holiday Park is in immaculate condition, it is not rented to the park, we treat it like our home with personal furnishings and scenic pictures and we like to keep it that way for your enjoyment as well as ours. Please leave it as you would expect to find it by 10am on the date of your departure. Please empty the Bins. Please make sure you take all your property with you on departure. We will endeavour to return any lost property, however you may need to wait a while. F.HOLIDAY PASSES: Anybody over the age of 2yrs needs a pass. You need these passes to be able use the swimming pool, join in kids clubs. Passes can be arranged at additional cost around £16 per week per adult or £12 for children from Patk reception when you arrive and we will provide you a booking form for this purpose. Whilst we cannot always guarantee warm sunny weather our aim is to ensure that we provide you with quality accommodation, in an excellent location with great facilities. All the ingredients you need for a relaxing holiday in Cornwall! G.PETS - We don't let out our caravan to dog owners and that also includes friends and family. We do have a black Labrador who comes with us 2-3 times a year but you would not know that unless you suffer from an allergy (carpets are cleaned twice a year) so please be aware of that.
