Caravan is classified as residential lodge, Platinum-Gold (14 feet) but our superior Lodge exceeds Haven's specifications for both Gold and Signature!
Full gas central heating throughout with high efficiency condensing combi boiler. Also energy efficient double glazing and modern insulation to maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the year.
Our new family owned lodge is sited on a large corner plot on Shearwater it’s a quiet much sort after area, with most of the caravans privately owned. A cul de sac with no passing traffic so safe for the children to play outside.
Close to all amenities and within walking distance to town and beach.
Lounge:
Has a large comfy free standing L shape seating corner unit with matching footstool and scatter cushions There is a wall mounted 50-inch smart tv with Netflix and bbc iplayer etc and a unit with storage cupboards 2 coffee tables 2 radiators and free complimentary 4g wifi.
Sliding patio door leads onto a closed verandah(safe for little ones) with rattan sofa furniture etc cushions and parasol and base.
Lodge verandah benefits with continuous sunshine throughout the day.
There is also a large patio and grass area at the side of the caravan with table, chairs, and parasol so ample seating for all the family to enjoy alfresco dinning also your own private parking bay.
The dining area has also got a featured wood effect wall and modern hanging lights over dining table and ample seating area there is also a radiator.
Kitchen area has subtle light grey and light wood units with full size integrated oven, grill, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
There is also kettle, toaster and full inventory of glasses,cutlery,dishes etc for 6 people also pots/pans and there is also a radiator.
There is also an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed with better sleep mattress for a comfy sleep.
Wardrobe drawers and over bed storage units so plenty of space for everything.
Bedside tables with lights and usb ports both sides
Vanity dressing table unit with a demisting lighted mirror and a stool.stool,
Wall mounted tv/dvd combi also a hair drier.
On suite bathroom with shower toilet wash basin mirror and storage for your toiletries also heated towel rail/radiator.
Main bathroom large shower cubicle toilet and wash basin heated towel rail/radiator and cupboard space for your toiletries
Other Bedrooms also benefits from better sleep mattresses. Fullsize single beds wardrobes bedside table,over bed cupboards radiator and tv/dvd combis and hairdriers and a large selection of dvds for any rainy days.
All bedding provided you only need to bring your own towels and teatowels.
Mattresses will have waterproof mattress covers on them and these must not be removed for any reason.
Bookings accepted for family’s only no single sex groups or stag/hen parties.
No exceeding occupancy I only rent for 6 people)
No smoking / vaping in caravan or verandah but you may smoke on the patio area provided you put out safely and dispose of any cig ends in the main bin area .
No candles
No pets
No bicycles or hanging wet wetsuits in caravan or verandah.
Passes not included but can be purchased on site or online once full payment is made and your arrival is registered with Kiln Park.
£200 non-refundable deposit is required to book and £250 bond to be paid but refunded within 14 days if no damages/breakage
Lodge will be ready 3pm on arrival day and exit by 10am on last day of booking.
Keys will be in key safe for your arrival and departure.
I will text you the code for key safe prior to your arrival time along with the password for the internet.
