Welcome to my pet friendly caravan. Being able to rent a caravan when you have a dog is becoming increasingly difficult, especially if you have a larger type of dog, so, I decided to buy this caravan to accommodate people with pets. The caravan is situated on The Wolds on Anchor Lane, Ingoldmells, which is only a few miles from Skegness. Although The Wolds has a relaxed atmosphere, everything is right on your doorstep; the shops, pubs and beach are only a hop, step and a jump away. About :
K9 is a spacious 12 x 36 caravan which has double glazing and gas central heating throughout. There is a living room, separate kitchen and dining room, family bathroom/shower room, a room with 2 single beds and a very large double bedroom with plenty of storage and en suite bathroom. Living Room:
The living room is very spacious and has plenty of comfortable seating plus all the comforts of home including a large flat screen TV, DVD and Freeview. DVDs and books are provided for you to watch/read. Kitchen: Full sized gas cooker, kettle, microwave, large fridge freezer and all the pots, pans and cutlery you will need. There is also an iron, ironing board and a hoover.
The Dining room:
The table and chairs are situated at the end of the lounge next to patio doors which lead onto the veranda. Bathroom:
The bathroom has a shower , a heated towel rail, toilet and sink. Outside:
Accessible by both the back door or patio doors is a full length, gated veranda complete with seating. Internet is payable locally should you need it.
