Included: Double-glazed, fully central heated, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, second toilet, highchair, travel cot, 32-inch TV with DVD, family lounge with dining area, non-smoking, gas & electricity, iron & ironing board, hairdryer.

On-site facilities*: Boathouse Bar & Restaurant with toddler outdoor play area, family bar with live entertainment, games arcade, adventure play area, outdoor sports court, indoor pool with flume slide, convenience store, fish & chips shop, free WiFi, laundrette, crazy golf, high ropes.
