Owner Description
The caravan is comfy and airy with 3 bedrooms and an extra pullout in the lounge.It has freeview Dvd a good size dining table.In the kitchen it has oven,fridge,microwave toaster Kettle pots pans and cutlery.There is also an iron and ironing board.The van is double glazed and has hot air blower heating to 3 bedrooms with a gas fire in lounge there is an additional heater if needed.There is a separate toilet with a shower room and basin.Bedlinen can be provided at an extra cost but you must bring your own towels.A damage bond is required of £50 and this is returned within 7 days if the van is left in a reasonable tidy condition.One well behaved pet is allowed but site rules state certain breeds are not allowed on site,so it must be stated on booking.The pet must not be left in the van unattended unless crated.It must be kept on a lead and you must clean up after the dog and dispose in the appropriate bins.Pets must not be let onto the furniture or beds your damage bond is at risk if this happens.Strictly no smoking in the vans.
