Owner Description
A modern caravan in one of the best plots in the park with outstanding views of Torbay. Cleaning, comfort and maintenance are our priority with everything you will need for a family holiday.We have 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed, ensuite WC ,2 wardrobes and plenty of cupboard space, the other with twin beds and small wardrobe. There is a large shower room, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with sofa bed.
Outside there is a large decked area and a small patio with a south westerly aspect for the afternoon sun.
The park provides family entertainment every night and by day there is a heated pool, kiddies club and play area. The smugglers restaurant has a value meal plan if you don't want to cook, there is also a launderette, small shop, amusement arcade and bar.
There is plenty to do in the area, to name just a few there is the Dartmouth steam railway which passes the park several times a day, Splashdown water park, Boat trips from Torquay and Brixham and Dartmoor national park a few miles away. There is direct access to the coastal path leading to the beaches of Goodrington and Broadsands and an excellent bus service to Torquay and Brixham.
