Owner Description
We have three 12 foot wide x 28 foot long static caravans, built to a very high standard of comfort and style. Each caravan is fully serviced with instant hot water, a gas fire and 32”flat screen TV with freesat & DVD player in the lounge, where there is ample comfortable sprung seating.The kitchens are equipped with an electric fridge with built in freezer box, a full size built in gas cooker (4 rings, grill and oven with auto ignition) and a microwave. There is also an electric toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, cutlery and crockery for all your holiday needs.
The bathroom has a WC, sink, heated towel rail and large shower with sliding doors. We do not provide towels.
There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both having interior sprung mattresses, duvets, pillows and either a bedspread or a fleece throw, but please bring your own bed linen (pillow cases, bottom sheet and duvet covers). All bedrooms have electric heating.
All gas and electricity charges are included in the rental price. All the caravans are cleaned and the site maintained to a very high standard by the residential owners, who are on call to help with any questions, problems or advice.
Outside each caravan is a patio area with chairs and tables for alfresco dining or just relaxing, and also a wrap-around lawned area. There is also a drying area with rotary washing lines and a large car parking area.
