Owner Description
This high-quality caravan provides a comfortable and modern home-like experience, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized gas cooker. (no Dogs or pets)This lovely home from home static cravan its only 2 years old and is fabulous for families based on a prime but quiet part of the holiday park (Brynowen holiday park (Parkdean resorts) In Borth.
It is equipped with safety features such as a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke alarm, and carbon dioxide detector. The living area includes a large 40″ HD smart TV.
The caravan also features an enclosed sunny veranda with outdoor furniture, accessed via double opening doors from the lounge, as well as private parking next to the caravan.

The layout includes a larger double bedroom with an en suite WC, and two twin rooms. There is also a bathroom with a large style shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows, but bed linen, towels, and tea towels with beds made up for extra charge of £40.
Entertainment passes are included, and the caravan is conveniently located close to the launderette, clubhouse, bar/restaurant, and swimming pool in a flat part of the park.
As we are booking agents there is booking fee of £30 and £100 refunable deposit if left clean and no damage, For prices please contact us and we will be to happy to availability and prices
All 2 to 5 night stays are charged extra £30 cleaning, due to having the professional cleaners in more often.
