Description

Clover chalet 103 is a two storey villa style accommodation that is available for hire on the popular Welcome Family Holiday Park, Dawlish Warren. The chalet has a twin and double bedroom upstairs, with extra sofa-bed. The bathroom is upstairs, and includes an electric shower over a bath. There is a separate toilet upstairs. Downstairs, there is an open plan lounge and kitchen, with additional sofa-bed. Outside, there is a dining area provided overlooking well kept communal gardens. We provide free electricity, free wifi, free linen hire and a well behaved dog is allowed at no extra charge.

Clover chalet guests are permitted to use the on site facilities if they wish. These include a clubhouse, available at certain times, and an Indoor pool complex. Guests may purchase tickets for the pool on a daily basis, if they wish. The clubhouse has entertainment every evening, including cabaret acts, and is available (subject to site management rules on admission times). Our guests are welcome at the Hazelwood clubhouse across the road. There is a children's club and nightly entertainment available there. There is a children's playground and sports pitch on site, along with crazy golf and a pottery cafe on the Welcome park. There are two takeaways to choose from, and gift shops on site. There are two supermarkets within one or two minutes walking distance of the chalet.

The Welcome Family Holiday Park is a few minutes flat walk to the Blue Flag sandy beach resort of Dawlish Warren. Here you will find a train and bus stop, various pubs, cafes and dining options. There is a children's fun fair and go kart track, a nature reserve and 18 hole golf course. There is a coastal walk into the neighbouring town of Dawlish.

Guests are required to sign a booking form provided by the property manager prior to key release. We are unable to accept bookings from stag/ hen parties or college/ school leaver groups due to park rules.
