Had a lovely weekend at Mels Caravan, couldn't ask for better amenities. Washing machine and dryer too! Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again

We arrived at the caravan to find most of the kitchen items dirty used and not washed. Microwave filthy grill pan with cheese stuck to it from the last visitors cheese on toast. Bedding old not freshly washed Smoke alarm off the ceiling and not working Dirty clothes under the bed Lamp with no bulb in. Hoover not fit for purpose No information about how to use any thing. Lounge fire not working We did let Sharon know about this but she didn't seem too worried just said we didn't have to stay if we didn't want to but didn't offer refund. Took our 4 grandchildren for their annual holiday with us so could hardly leave. Also told we could use the out door pool with no passes but this was not the case. Very disappointed
Just to comment, I do not supply the bedding and I certainly didn’t tell them to go somewhere else they never mentions about the heater. The only thing that I was told there was a few cups and sauces that with dirty and the fire Detector in the ceiling was not working, and I apologise

Everything we needed, Aly was brilliant, collection and drop off were smooth and we would highly recommend using them again as we certainly will be.

Jamie was very quick to confirm our booking and all correspondence with him was replied to promptly. He was very accommodating when we suggested a meeting point for collection of the motorhome as we were travelling to the area by train. He gave us a thorough, but easily understood briefing on everything we needed to know about his motorhome to ensure we had a great weekend. Both of us were taking part in a triathlon near Snowden and had our bikes and kit bags and there was ample room for all we brought with us in the motorhome. All the equipment worked correctly and the seating, bed and driving seats were all very comfortable. We stayed on a site with toilets/showers onsite so did not use these facilities in the motorhome. Overall we had a very good experience with Abergele Motorhome Hire and would use them again if we were planning a similar trip in that area. Thanks for making our whole experience a pleasurable one.
We met Lisa at Gatwick and was handed the keys to the motorhome. It contained all the essentials and was in good condition. During the trip we had a few questions and Lisa was quick to get back to us. We had a wonderful long weekend in Bessie. The motorhome was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed even some lovely added extras of wine and nibbles. Wendy was so welcoming when we arrived after our long journey and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend ❤
Great motorhome - spotlessly clean, well appointed, superb wifi (which made WFH on the move a breeze) and lots of useful 'how to's' videos that Melissa sent answered most of our FAQs. Would recommend again.

We hired the motorhome from Iain because we wanted to keep our custom local and this was a great decision. Iain was so helpful and informative right from our first enquiry and really flexible in regards to pickup and drop-off etc... He gave us a full induction to the vehicle and had even included some extras. Nothing was too much trouble and the motorhome was clean, reliable and a perfect first time motorhome experience for us. Fully recommended.

Absolutely loved doing the NC500 with my dad and brothers, was very lucky with the weather and the views were amazing 100 percent wouldn't recommend renting and using these guys again Motorhome was lovely and new and catered for everything, thought it was also really nice of them to let us extend for few extra hours without charge
Camper van was in a clean and roadworthy condition, however hand over was poor and to be told to have a look at a YouTube hand over video was not acceptable, no printed information was available and we did not find the fire extinguisher until the 2nd day or the fly screen until day 4. We had to put add blue into the tank after only using quarter of a tank of fuel again this is unacceptable this should have been topped up before we hired the camper
The customer was given a full hand over talk, the utube handover was mentioned in case they hadn’t taken it all in.unfortunately there is no add blue gauge so this was missed the customer was fully reimbursed for add blue.
I thoroughly recommend hiring a van from Dave; very clean interiors & a useful video re using the facilities with friendly professional service. A bonus is being able to leave your car in their safe location & getting to meet this delightful family!
Andy and Debbie are fantastic owners and their Motorhome had everything we needed for a trip on the NC500 with 3 adults and 3 Children. The Motorhome drives really well and is kitted out to a good Spec. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we’re on hand immediately when we couldn’t work the fridge after changing the gas bottle. Would recommend them to anyone.
Thanks to Jill we had a brilliant holiday in the motor home, reluctant to give it back. The motorhome had everything we needed for a amazing week in wales. Would definitely recommend this Motorhome, we will definitely be booking again soon - Adrian & Di
We had one of James' vans for a trip around the Outer Hebrides. We had the time of our lives and the van was absolutely perfect for our trip. Just wish we'd had much longer. James is brilliant and took us carefully through everything we needed to know before we left. He has invested in great vans and put great kit in them for an amazing trip. We cannot recommend this motorhome hire company highly enough. We can't wait to do it again!
