Owner Description
A modern ABI Trieste 2015. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people with 1 double bedroom 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out double in the lounge. It is located in a quiet area to the rear of Butlins caravan village but still only 10 minutes walk to the main resort. To the side of the caravan is a veranda with patio furniture. To the front of the caravan is a private tarmac parking space. Central heating and double glazing make this an ideal holiday home all year round. Lounge The lounge has plenty of room for all the family incorporating a dining area for those family meals, a gas fire and 22" flat screen digital TV/DVD. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything yo need for your Butlins self catering holiday. It has an integrated fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Bedrooms The master bedroom has a double wardrobe with shelves plus bedside cabinet. Both twin bedrooms have two single beds, a single wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Bathroom The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a large shower enclosure.There is also a separate toilet and sink. Safety For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher. Extra's Included Iron
