Our beautiful family owned luxury Pemberton Riverndale Lodge 44’ x 20’ (880 square feet) situated in a quiet area overlooking a pond at Southview Leisure Park, Skegness.The accommodations comprises :
Kitchen area - with fully integrated appliances including dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave and dining table and chairs.
Lounge area - with two settees and patio doors opening on to the spacious decking area. Wall mounted TV.
Utility room - with washing machine and sink unit.
Sun Room - with two seater sofa and patio doors opening on to the outside deck area.
Master Bedroom - kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and ample storage space and wall mounted TV.
Ensuite - large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 - twin room with dressing table and wardrobes.
Bathroom - with bath and shower attachment.
This residential specification lodge is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is one of the largest lodge on the site.
The lodge has mains gas, electric and water and is fully double glazed.
Large wrap around decking area and a smaller decking area leading from the master bedroom.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Beds will be made up on arrival. Towels are not included.
There is parking for 2 vehicles but please be aware that commercial or sign written vehicles, including transit vans and trailers, are permitted - however you can load and unload but the vehicle must be parked in the reception car park for the duration of the holiday.

ENTERTAINMENT PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF YOUR STAY. PLEASE ENQUIRE FOR UP TO DATE PRICES. Passes will allow you entry into the swimming pool, gym and the evening entertainment in the Showbar.
Southview is a large family friendly holiday park with many facilities to enjoy including a restaurant, showbar, indoor swimming pool, fish and chip shop, pizza shack and ice cream kiosk, crazy golf, gym, crazy golf and a convenience shop. There is also a restaurant and bar at the Hotel situated on site.
There is a main well stocked fishing lake but please ensure you have a current Rod licence. This will need to be shown if requested.
There is also a new activity site with high ropes and Bear Grylls Survival Academy. A regular shuttle bus is available to take you into Skegness and surrounding areas.
Skegness has a lot to offer including award winning beaches, plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars. There is something for everyone to enjoy making it the perfect destination for your holiday. The lodge is about a 30 minute drive to the market towns of Horncastle and Louth which have some lovely cafes, shops and weekly markets.
Restrictions will apply on bookings from groups if not immediate family or couples - please contact us prior to booking.
The lead guest who books, must be 25 years or over at the time of booking.
Park facilities and entertainment operate seasonally and are subject to availability.
No e-scooters are allowed are permitted at the Park.
Each adult and child/baby will count as an individual person, allocated to a berth and in total must not exceed the total number of berths (4).
